• Shipped V0.1 in two weeks — DESIGN.md compiler with Zod-validated tokens, Satori PNG + React-PDF + ATS DOCX from a single source-of-truth JSON.
• Negotiated Azure OpenAI capacity for gpt-image-1.5 and Document Intelligence ahead of launch, anchoring unit economics under $0.10 per resume.

• Led the multimodal try-on pipeline (Azure OpenAI gpt-image-1 + custom diffusion fine-tunes) used by 1.2M monthly users.
• Cut p95 render latency from 8.4s to 2.1s by content-addressing every pipeline stage and routing cold requests through a BullMQ worker pool.
• Owned the Auth.js + Prisma + Cosmos for PostgreSQL backend, including the multi-schema migration that unblocked enterprise SSO.

• Designed and shipped the experimentation framework used across Stripe Checkout, Billing, and Atlas; powered 1,400+ tests in its first 18 months.
• Reduced experiment ramp-up time from 9 days to under 2 by automating cohort sizing, traffic gating, and metric ingestion.
• Mentored five engineers, three of whom were promoted to senior within the team.
